You can appreciate that with the very high demand for appointments at The Southdown Clinic customers often have to book some time in advance to get the appointment times they want and getting short notice appointments can be difficult. 

We aim to privide a high quality service to our patients with charges kept as low as possible.  We frequently have a waiting list and if a patient cancels at short notice or fails to attend, it is impossible to contact other patients in need of treatment.

In an effort to reduce the number of short notice cancellations and failed attendance, we levy a £20 fee for late cancellation and a full fee for missed appointments. 

We ask for 48 hours notice for cancellation of appointments.

If we are able to fill the appointment time from a cancellation NO charge is made.

Appointments can be changed or cancelled by calling reception 01582 760200 Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm. Please note an answerphone is in use between 1 - 2pm.
