Mathew Bennett BSc (Hons) is a Graduate Sports Therapist / Corrective Exercise Specialist / Functional Training Specialist .
Since graduating from the University of Hertfordshire with a degree in Sports Therapy,
Mathew has endeavoured to help as many people as possible to live a fully functional life,
enjoying their favourite activities without aches, pains and injuries holding them back.
Combining knowledge of injury assessment and rehabilitation with corrective functional
exercise, Mathew can not only help with recovery but also the prevention of injuries returning at a later date.
There are many hidden causes of pain and injury, and through a comprehensive assessment
in your first session, Mathew will identify the areas of the body that require attention and
create the best treatment plan for your specific injury or pain.
