Clinical Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy refers to an altered state of consciousness during which the clinical hypnotherapist can make suggestions directly to your subconscious mind, guiding you through your problems while you are in this receptive, relaxed state, resolving underlying issues and helping you achieve a positive outcome or goal.

The most common reasons for seeking hypnotherapy include:

  • Stress management
  • Anxiety, panic attacks
  •  Improving confidence and self-esteem, both personally and professionally
  • Weight loss, food addiction
  • Stopping smoking
  • Elimination of phobias and fears such as public speaking, flying or the dentist

Some of these will take several sessions to fully resolve.
