Gillian is a Person Centered counsellor who is dedicated to helping every individual thrive in their own way, according to their specific need. Alongside private practice Gillian has worked in an addiction centre, and a number of secondary schools counselling young people and parents. She has experience working with a wide variety of issues, including acute anxiety, compulsive self harm, low self esteem, depression, addiction, sexual abuse and trauma. She also counsels people who are struggling with life and identifying a reason for their general unhappiness, who require help unraveling and sharing their inner thoughts.
