- Analysis of comprehensive questionnaire and preparation for Assessment
- 60 minute assessment with test recommendations
- Optional 20 minute test support call
- 30 minute test results consultation
Programme: £700 or 4 payments of £175 Includes
- 1x 60 minute Initial Consultation with Personalised Health Plan detailing Dietary, Supplement, and Lifestyle recommendations, handouts and resources.
- 3x 45 minute Follow up consultations with amended Health Plan and resources.
- 3x 15 minute phone calls spread throughout programme
