Paediatric Nutritional Therapy

About

Molly is a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Certified Mindfulness Practitioner. She helps children struggling with their mental health and behaviour by identifying and targeting the underlying drivers of their symptoms.

Personalised Support

Molly utilises functional testing (via labs such as Regenerus Laboratories), along with personalised dietary & lifestyle interventions and targeted supplementation to address your child’s unique underlying imbalances, helping to improve their emotional well-being and enhance their quality of life.

The Process

  1. Step One: Assess

Prior to the Initial Assessment, you will go through the process of detailing your child’s health history by completing a comprehensive questionnaire. Molly then spends 60 minutes with you in the Initial Assessment, discussing your child’s symptoms, traits, and what you hope to achieve with Nutritional Therapy. You will be asked to tell your whole story, from your pregnancy, through to present day to discover and connect the dots between all of the layers that have lead to where you are today.

  1. Step Two (optional): Test:

No two people’s condition is the same, even if the diagnosis is identical. Recognising that everyone’s body, biochemistry and history is unique, is an important part of creating an intervention that really works. Although testing is not required to partake in a programme, in order to better understand your child’s unique biochemical imbalances, Molly can recommend functional testing.

  1. Step Three: Implement

Once a roadmap is established for working forwards, Molly will walk you through the step-by-step implementation of your child’s interventions and hold your hand the entire way. Depending on your child’s age, they are welcome to be involved in this process and attend sessions, it is up to you whether you think they would benefit from this. Each session Molly will assess progress, and build on the positive changes.
