What to expect from a consultation with Jane :

As a homeopath I help people suffering with something – homeopaths do not treat diseases we treat the person, because we are all individuals and need a remedy which suits us in the way we personally experience the illness or condition or sports injury.

A homeopathic consultation is in-depth, and should leave you feeling listened to and understood, as I aim to get a thorough understanding of your health and the exact symptoms you are experiencing, our consultation is designed to give you time and space to discuss your health concerns and needs, so that together we can make a difference to your health, and importantly, your sense of wellbeing and balance.

What can Homeopathy help with?

  • Pregnancy & Childbirth
  • Babies & Children
  • Teenagers & Adults
  • Physical, emotional and mental health problems
  • Before & after surgery
  • Undiagnosed symptoms
  • Safe to use it alongside orthodox drugs

We call Homeopathy an holistic medicine. This means we take into consideration how you are feeling, physically and emotionally as well as what you are thinking, no matter what illness, condition or disease you have. For example if you have a cold, you may have a runny nose and aches and pains, but you will also have feelings, perhaps feeling a bit miserable or irritable and also thinking about the work that is not getting done. We are not just a mind, or a body, we are a “whole” – mind, body and emotions are all connected. Knowing and understanding what you are feeling, both physically and emotionally as well as thinking, helps a homeopath to find the remedy you need. No two people are alike, so it makes sense that we all experience both health and disease in a way that is individual to us.

Homeopathy is both an alternative and a complementary medicine, which means you can use it on its own and you can also use it with other medicines or therapies.

Jane is happy to offer a free 15minute phone consultation to see if homeopathy is for you.
