Womb & Fertility Massage Therapy™ is a deep yet gentle, non-invasive abdominal-sacral therapy that focuses on improving circulation to the abdominal organs, with an aim to improve blood, nerve and lymph flow. It helps to nurture individuals through their fertility or health journey, offering one of the most important benefits; to relax and release tension and emotions trapped within.

Who can it help?

The massage is beneficial for women and people with wombs of any age suffering from infertility, but also those suffering with endometriosis, period pain, fibroids, IBS, Crohn’s disease, adhesions, scarring, constipation, chronic fatigue, migraines and chronic pain.

Why focus on the abdomen?

Our abdominal cavity is serviced by the same neural pathways, connecting the organs, muscles and connective tissue of the reproductive and digestive systems along with the lower back muscles; if one organ or muscle is misaligned, blocked or damaged by scar tissue – all the others will be disrupted, and can, in turn, send the whole body into disarray. 

It is important to note that 80% of our immune system lives within our digestive tract, so our immunity, digestion and fertility/menstrual health are all closely linked. Therefore it is important to massage and treat the whole torso area, aiming to achieve homeostasis.

I offer Packages as a way to work with you over time; I believe this provides a more realistic timeline for change and improvements.

Packages:

• Package 1: £290 (90min initial + 2x 75min follow up)
• Package 2: £365 (90min initial + 3x 75min follow up)
• Package 3: £430 (90min initial + 4x 75min follow up)

You may add additional sessions after completion of Package 3, at the lower cost of £80 per follow up.
