Helen ThomasHelen qualified in 1992 from The London School of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine having completed five years of training and has practised in St Albans and Harpenden ever since.

Her practise includes all ages from 3 to 92 years and she says “it’s like being a GP, treating a whole range of illnesses and conditions but using Acupuncture and/or Chinese herbs to resolve the root cause of disease and symptoms.”

Since the start of the  Covid 19 pandemic Helen has taken extra professional training in  the treatment of Acute Covid cases and especially long Covid syndrome using Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs.

Alongside her general practise  Helen is currently working with the Jade Screen Project, a not-for-profit venture set up during COVID-19 to provide Chinese herbal medicine for our frontline workers.  We rely on donations which go towards funding herbal medicine for our frontline workers. To support this initiative, you can make a donation using the payment details on our website http://jadescreen.co.uk/donate/ or via our GoFundMe page https://www.gofundme.com/f/the-jade-screen-project. We are grateful for all donations however large or small.
